Here's an idea to help pass the time until Season 8 arrives....
We're declaring July as SELF-REC month here at

spn_littlebro! \o/ We know, you don't like to toot your own horn... but c'mon! You've created hurt!Sam! Or hurt!Jared? Of course fans want to know about it! We know we do! And we want to further 'stock our shelves' in our Library of Hurt on delicious. So... *Uncle Sam Wants You* to rec yourself this month. Yes, we're twisting your arm. ;D (As one of our mods says: Shame-free self-reccing? It's like eating a tub of ice cream without the guilt!) We're going to rec some of our own stuff for this meme, so you have to play along too!
We're looking for completed fic over 1K, art, vids and podfics that feature Sam or Jared h/c!

(For ideas you can check our hurt tags at our library of hurt on delicious (http://delicious.com/spn_littlebro). You just find the tags (by alpha) at the right and scroll down thru the h= to find the types of hurt we have.) Here's a screen cap of the page, but we have hundreds of types of hurt - you can scroll to see more. Or offer a new one; these just give you ideas.)
If you can tell us which of our 6 themes this would qualify under (illness, injury, psychological trauma, hurting wee!Sam, abuse or other) and the 'type of hurt' you're inflicting on poor Sam ;D -- then, yes! it's eligible!

Summary: AU wherein Ruby doesn't betray Sam and the Apocalypse is averted. It begins after Sam escapes the panic room in "When the Levee Breaks" during Season Four, picking up immediately after the fight between Sam and Dean at the hotel.
Warnings: non-con (not between Sam and Dean), gore, violence, unfortunate use of healing cock
AN: A couple of scenes mirror dialogue from canon. Sam has slight kinetic abilities.
My first time doing spn_illuminated. It was wonderful to meet and talk to Vail about the story, and I’m very happy I got to write a piece with her lovely work in mind.
